My 11 year old son ordered this product on my Amazon account without permission. We figured out he had done it, and tried to cancel the order within 2 hours of it being placed. No response from seller. When the product shipped, we took the money from my son's lawn mowing savings. On the first ride on the second day he had the scooter, the belt that drives the wheel broke in half, rendering the scooter useless. Once again, we contacted the seller, and once again no response from the seller. I can handle it when a product has a problem. I cannot handle being totally ignored by the seller. Stay away from this seller, whatever they sell, as they will not stand behind their product and refuse to communicate with buyers!

well first,, when i saw it i right away wanted it for my two childrens,,well b-day comess up,i placed the order,it arrived just the very same day of their b-day everything was fine unti i openned the first box,,the scooter was broken,the second box the scooter is fine we tested it runs good,,but then,the back wheel of the 2nd scooter got mess up,,sorry but this item is bogus!!oh by the way i need my $$$$$$$$back on my card,,i'll already return the broken scooter about two weeks ago,,thank you!!!NOTE TO COSTUMERS:DON'T BUY THIS ITEM!!!!!!!

I purchased two of these scooters from Dick's Sporting Goods. The first scooter's battery charger failed after just two days. The second scooter's front wheel broke apart after the third day. Both children weigh less than 55#. Very poor construction. Rubber on wheels soft and chips away easily. Will return both.

This product is a Christmas present & will not be used until December. This product only came with a three month warrenty. Now once my child tries it for Christmas if it's broken there's nothing I can do. If I had know I wouldn't have been able to purchase an additional warrenty I wouldn't have brought the scooter.

It maybe a little bumpy but goes the perfect speed for me. I don't care that it charges for 6 hr. I just like riding it and it's good for going down to a friends house on your street or going down the road. for ex: Esternay ln in Pittsford, NY
